Terms & Conditions of Use of Lifeyana
NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully prior to purchase, use or access of any of our products, including online courses.
1. Applicability
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services rendered by Lifeyana (a trade name of Youkol B.V.), hereinafter: “Lifeyana”.
1.2 By visiting our website, downloading any free materials, booking any of our courses online, and checking the accept box, you accept these terms and conditions. You can find the terms and conditions on our website. You are legally bound to these terms whether or not you have read them.
1.3 If you would like to receive a copy of these for your records, please send an email to support@lifeyana.com and we will send it to you.
1.4 We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Please check our website for the latest version of the terms that apply.
2. Booking and registration
2.1 On our website you find an overview of the courses we teach. By clicking on the enroll buttons (using different but clear calls to action), we direct you to the registration page. All the details of the course, including its price, are stated on the course page.
2.2 When you purchased a Course from us, you were given a reasonable notice that these terms existed. By moving forward with your purchase of the course and further access of the course, you agreed and continue to agree to abide by these terms as well as any disclaimers and privacy disclosures contained in these terms.
2.3 All prices mentioned on our website are inclusive of Dutch VAT, unless determined otherwise.
2.4 Payment of the course fee is due upon registration.
3. Confidentiality and data protection
3.1 Your privacy is important to us. Any confidential and/or personal data (such as your email address) you share with us will only be used for our communication with you. It will not be shared with third parties (except if necessary for the course or with your prior approval).
3.2 Please respect the confidentiality of any information shared within the course or the Facebook course group, whether by the trainers or any of the participants of the course. Lifeyana and its trainers will keep confidential any confidential information shared by the participants in class.
4. Access to the online learning environment
4.1 We provide all of our attendees’ login credentials for our online learning environment. You are responsible for all the activity make in your account.
4.2 Access to the online learning environment is strictly personal and you may not share your log-in details. If any suspicious activity is found in your account, we have the right to deny you further access and delete your account (without any liability).
4.3 You may not share content with others.
4.4 You may not use any content to offer services that overlap with Lifeyana services whether during the course or thereafter.
4.4 We only train persons or companies who offer services that overlap with our services after explicit agreement from us. We have the right to deny or remove you from the course and/or the online learning environment if you offer services that overlap with Lifeyana services.
5. Use of third-party services
5.1 We may give you access to external accounts (Kajabi for example), but we are not responsible for the use of those services and their terms and conditions shall apply to the use of their services.
6. Licence and sharing Lifeyana content
6.1 Your purchase of our course(s) only entitles you to view that course in accordance with a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable license to make individual use of the course.
6.2 The License is for individual use. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Ssction or these terms to any person or entity and any attempt to do so is void.
6.3 Your purchase is not a purchase of the software or content constituting or included in the course. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized by us, the owner of the materials, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the course(s).
6.4 It is strictly forbidden to use any of our content (slides, reading list, exercises, free downloads) for training/services/workshops/advice/consults.
6.5 You are not allowed to share any of our free content as well as any of the (information provided to you in the) free downloadable materials before explicit approval from us.
6.6 We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course at any time if we find that you have violated these terms. We will make every attempt to notify you of any violation of these terms and give you an opportunity to remedy the violation. However, if you fail to remedy the violation or continue to violate the terms, we will terminate your access to the Course with no refund of fees and you will pay us a penalty of €20.000 per violation, plus an additional €1.500 for each day that the violation continues. This penalty shall apply in addition to a claim for damages and may not be mitigated by a court.
7. Fees
7.1 Fees for courses are set forth on our website. We reserve the right to change course fees at any time.
7.2 If you have signed up for a payment plan, you hereby authorize our continued access to your financial information stored by our third party financial processing company until your payment plan is complete, as set forth in your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout.
7.3 If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
7.4 You agree to make every attempt to request a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all of our bonuses, affiliate bonuses or other materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase of our course. We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these terms to the financial institution investigating the dispute.
8. Return policy
8.1 If you are considered to be a consumer (e.g. not registering for the course as a business or as an employee of a company), we offer a 30-day refund period for purchases of courses. This term starts from the date of the online booking and you can cancel without charge. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof (as detailed below) that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. This is because we want you to give your best effort to apply all the strategies in the course.
8.2 To apply for a refund, contact our support team at support@lifeyana.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 CEST and include your coursework (as detailed below).
If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund. We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, and attach the required complete coursework as outlined above, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
8.3 The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
- Answers to all lesson questions (as detailed on final course sheets)
- Proof of active participation in the Facebook group
8.4 We will pay any approved refunds within 14 days of a refund request.
9. Complaints
9.1 In case you have a complaint about our course or a trainer, you can submit a complaint with us by email via support@lifeyana.com.
9.2 All complaints must be in writing.
9.3 Complaints regarding free, downloadable materials should be received within 4 weeks after the download has been made. Complaints regarding the courses should be received within 4 weeks after the proven finalization of the course.
9.4 You will receive a confirmation of receipt of the complaint from us within 3 working days and the complaint will be registered.
9.5 We will contact the participant to discuss to discuss, in detail, the nature of the complaint as well as the possible solution.
10. Applicable law and court
10.1 Dutch law is applicable.
10.2 Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.

You agree that you understand that individual outcomes will vary. We cannot guarantee your success merely upon access, purchase or completion of of our courses. Any results you see on are not guaranteed or typical.
Lifeyana makes no guarantee about the efficacy or safety of products or treatments described or referred to in our content. Health conditions and drug information contained in our content are subject to change and are not intended to cover all possible uses, directions, precautions, warnings, drug interactions, allergic reactions, or adverse effects.
